We provide a free initial appointment at your property, when we will outline our marketing services and performance standards. Additionally, we will show you recent market research of similar properties, which when combined with our market knowledge and your price expectations will lead to the most suitable asking price for the property.
We will then commence the marketing of your property.
We work on a traditional fee basis, which we believe is the fairest method, namely that we only invoice our fees once we have progressed your sale through to a successful exchange of contracts, with payment normally upon completion out of the proceeds of sale.
